B(D)F

Visual identity for Beyond (Design) Frontiers, a group show at Galerie UM bringing together graduates from four European design schools: UMPRUM, Elisava, Design Academy Eindhoven and Konstfack. Around the idea of borders: geopolitical, material, conceptual, and everything blurred in between.

A 'Beyond Design Frontiers' flag banner hanging outside a building against a blue sky An overhead view of a spiral installation of pins and rods on a staircase, casting a shadow shaped like a number 5 with the text 'Poorvi Garag'
A glass door with white vinyl lettering listing the participating schools: Eindhoven, Elisava, Konstfack, Umprum A clear acrylic brochure holder stocked with 'Beyond' exhibition flyers

The visual identity picks up that same tension conceptually: an invented island, sovereign to no map and claimed by no country, becomes the show's recurring symbol.
